The York Township Historical Society complex in Mallet Creek (Medina County) features an 1890 one-room schoolhouse, 1891 post and beam barn, and 1883 granary. View historical items from York Township and surrounding areas in Medina County. Exhibits include school desks and books, maps, records, artifacts, historic memorabilia, early farm tools, horse-drawn carriages, restored 1700’s barn loom, late 1800’s Newcomb loom and early 1900’s road grader. The Society meets the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm in the one-room schoolhouse.
