Founded in 1963, the THS strives to preserve and promote interest in local history. The Museum (circa 1877) houses significant artifacts, papers, and photographs. The adjacent Freeman Barn (1870) displays tools and farm implements from the 1800’s and early 1900’s. THS also maintains the Riley House, a mid-1800’s farmhouse at 9577 Liberty and recently acquired the Italianate-style Moses Roach House, 9044 Church, built in 1873. THS offers several programs throughout the year - publicized via website and facebook. The annual Olde Thyme Fayre is the first week end after Labor Day
