Completed in 1915, Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens is the former estate of Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. co-founder F.A. Seiberling and his family. The 64,500 sq ft. Manor House is the 6th largest home open to the public, and one of the finest examples of Tudor revival architecture in the U.S. A non-profit historic house museum and botanical garden since 1957, Stan Hywet is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums, and is Akron, Ohio's oldest National Historic Landmark. The estate is open for tours April - November, with exhibits that change annually.
