Tues., Thurs., and Sat. from 10 am – 3 pm. A nominal fee of $8 for adults (over 18); $3 for students ages 6 – 18; free for children up through age 6, but must be accompanied by an adult. LHS Members can tour for free.

The Lorain Historical Society is housed in the original Lorain Public Library building, now referred to as the Carnegie Center. The Carnegie Center includes Historical Exhibits of Lorain, Administrative Offices, a Community Meeting Room, A Children’s History Center, a Research Center, and a Gift Shop with Lorain-inspired merchandise. Administrative offices are open Tues. through Fri. from 10 am – 3 pm.
