Built in 1834, the Oldest Stone House Museum interprets the everyday lives of Lakewood residents from the 1830s to the 1870s. The Oldest Stone House Museum uses the lens of the Honam-Hotchkiss family, who built the house, to highlight the pioneer period of East Rockport (Lakewood). The Lakewood Historical Society also oversees the 1835 Nicholson House for special events and rentals and offices in the Haber Family Center at 13314 Detroit Avenue in Lakewood.
