Avon Lake Historical Society serves as an umbrella for several different local groups that have historically operated independently, and offers programs and access to the Peter Miller House Museum. The Avon Lake Historical Society celebrates the stories of Avon Lake's History through the collections, programs and experiences that generate excitement for the past and an understanding that our stories are an important part of American history and our future.
